How much do you charge for shipping?

Is it safe to order on your site?

Absolutely. The Pooch Store uses Yahoo Small Business as our e-commerce platform which provides the most sophisticated SSL encryption by Yahoo, Inc. They take site security seriously and so do we!

We are real people working behind the scenes and, just like you, we don't like SPAM (except the one that comes in a can). So rest assure we will not share your info to anyone.

What happens after I place my order online?

Once your order is placed you will receive a copy of your order via email. Please make sure your contact information is correct.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped via UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx Ground. Majority of our products will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days depending on the items purchased (please note, this does not include the actual shipping time it takes for your order to reach your door). If for any reason the items purchased are out of stock or may require additional time, we will notify you.

Our products are shipped from our various warehouses across the United States, therefore, depending on the products ordered, you may receive multiple shipments. Our ordering system is based on ground shipping within the Continental U.S.

Please contact us to arrange for rush-delivery (ie. 2nd Day Air, Express Mail, etc.).

Please contact us regarding your order. Our ordering system is based on ground shipping within the Continental U.S. We will work with our shipping partners to provide a cost effective delivery service. Every attempt will be made to keep shipping costs at a minimum.

Can I return/exchange an item if I don't like it or if it's the wrong color, size, etc.?

We want you to be happy with your order. *You have 30 days to return/exchange your item. We will accept items that are in resell condition with the tags still attached and will give you a full refund minus shipping. If you received free shipping, we will calculate the actual cost of shipping the item to you.

Paracord dog leashes and collars, including all associated hardware, are covered against all defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Paracord leashes and collars that were chewed by their owners are not covered under our return / exchange program. Every Paracord leash and collar undergo an extensive manufacturing process. Consequently, Paracord leashes and collars that are the wrong size (too big or too small) or the wrong color for your Pooch are not covered under our return / exchange program. To avoid ordering the wrong collar size for your Pooch, please measure your Pooch's neck carefully. The Pooch Store stands ready to assist with any questions you may have to determine the proper sizing for your Pooch's collar.

How do I return/exchange an item?

You have 30 days to contact us regarding a return. Please contact us and we will provide to you Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number.

All items returned must include the original package. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return/exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Returns/Exchange must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. We are not responsible if your return is lost in the mail.
